These are my kind of people. The kind of people who are down to drive 3.5 hours with a stranger for their engagement session. The kind who love to be up in the mountains exploring, who aren't afraid to get their shoes dirty for a good shot, who love each other so evidently... needless to say I adore these two and am so excited for their life together.
We traveled up to Artist's Point at Mt. Baker and found the thickest fog I've ever seen, so we had to improvise a bit. Those classic Artist Point views were nothing but thick fog (as seen in a few of the first images in this post). In my head I was thinking "we didn't drive 3.5 hours to get here and have all the lookouts be useless!" So, we had do drive a little lower and use some of the less photographed spots on the mountain, and I'm obsessed with the results.
Jason and Tasha, congratulations on your engagement, and cheers to your life together! I wish you two countless adventures and mountains to climb in your future.
